Build your own dairy from the ground up. Take in raw milk, pipe it through pasteurizers, separators and homogenizers, and turn it into cartons of milk, butter, yogurt, aged cheese, milk powder and ice cream.

How this was made

Milchwerk was designed and directed by me: idea, dairy theme, gameplay goals, playtesting and balancing decisions. The code, graphics (drawn in code) and texts were created with the help of the AI assistant Claude by Anthropic. No external assets are used.

Stuck on goal 5. The milk carton does not move onto the conveyor belt

so many bugs. I want to like this but your AI is not implementing tests.

rotating has bugs, there's no proper indication of where the problem is, what is allowed and not, its hard to connect them without knowing well what is the input and what is the output (I see the subtle indicators)

I apperciate being able to move everything easily and redo but the bugs while doing so it terrible

Cant get past goal 3 & 4 steam boiler wont send steam to pasteurizer i somehow managed to get it to once and got to goal 4 but then i stopped again. tried direct contact, resetting game completely, tried pipes and deleting the items and remaking them and can't get it to get past goal 3.

Edit/Update
If the milk Reception is connected to the pasteurizer first it will fill the paseurizer and some how send milk back out to the steam boiler blocking it. i reset and hooked up steam first and made sure that was working then connected the milk reception to the pasteurizer and got past finally.
